Chatsworth park covers 1000 acres and is enclosed by a 15 km long dry stone wall and deer fence. It is home to red and fallow deer, sheep, cattle and many wild animals. The park at Chatsworth is a farmed, food-producing landscape. The grass you walk on is a crop grazed by sheep, cattle and deer. These offerings are brought to The Devonshire Arms at Pilsley via our traditional farm shop butchers who have a wealth of knowledge and experience. We are proud to be able to feature home produced offerings on our menus; including beef, lamb, venison, and pheasant straight from the estate.
Winsters proudly support local producers but also bring in the finest food ingredients from the rest of the UK and continental Europe. They use the best UK wholesale markets and our more specialist artisan produce is imported direct from Rungis Market in Paris. They have been serving the catering trade with a passion for quality and high levels of customer service for over 12 years.

The Herb Table has been established for over 25 years. The farm is situated in the Peak District National Park. They produce and supply an extensive range of herbs spices salad leaf and herbal products direct to us.

Founded in 1988 within a small Derbyshire butchers shop, Price & Fretwell was soon established locally as a leader in the quality and consistency of products. They believe in traditionally ageing beef for 30 days in order to create a taste which is infused with mouthwatering flavour.
